Send us an email

If you are reporting a problem, please:
  • Tell which game(s) you are experiencing problems with.
  • Attach the following files to the email:
         (on Windows: from your Documents folder; on OSX: from your home folder)
    • FarmReport.db
    • FarmReport.db-journal (if it exists)
    • FarmReport.log (if it exists)
  • Include the version number and DateCode of your Farm Report.  You can get this information from the first two lines of the Help->About window.
