I don't see the Farm Report icon in my Notification Area

In Windows 7/8, icons for programs that are running "in the background" (like Farm Report) are placed in the "Notification Area Overflow", rather than in the "Notification Area".  You can access the icon via the Overflow area, or you can change the display behavior so that the icon will appear in the Notification Area.
